I created this center myself a few years ago, when I became afraid of seing Pipotowne inhabitants becoming so fat!! I thougth that was a good thing for them and a good business for me.

Furthermore, that's a good weapon against boredom, which is very spread in this town. People can stay here for hours, that's the same price!
